Roger Clemens is not credible in his testimony
Roger Clemens is not convincing in his testimony before Congress, and can even open up costs Federal perjury, a legal expert told MLB.com Wednesday.
Katherine Darmer, a former assistant US attorney in New York and an expert in the area of criminal procedure, said Clemens, is not as credible, and there would not be surprised to see that the ex-big league experience screech more legal form of unrest in the coming days.
“I thought that Roger Clemens has been good,” said Darmer, a professor of law at Chapman University (California). “From such as openness, I thought that he was not credible. He’s obviously got a lot to lose with denial, but if I were his lawyer or his family, I would be worried perjury detriment.”
